The apartment is located in the community "Mirador de Carvajal", on the border of Fuengirola and Benalmadena, which is located rather high up on the mountain but still close to the beach.

From this terrace you will get the absolute best views of the whole of Fuengirola with the port and beautiful beaches.

Here on the terrace there is a bar with bar stools on the left and space for a seating area on the right where you can enjoy the fantastic views around the clock.

Directly from the entrance hall is the kitchen on the right and next is a bathroom.  On the left side we find two bedrooms.  An earlier third bedroom was removed in favor of getting a larger living room, this can of course be restored if you need to have three bedrooms.  In the living room there is a guest bathroom.

The apartment includes a large private double garage (50 sqm) with its own garage door.  Today it is divided into a storage area and a garage space.  This division can of course also be restored if you need two parking spaces.  

From the parking lot you easily go up a flight of stairs with the elevator.

In the community there are two pool areas and a paddle court.

Within walking distance is the fantastically popular restaurant "La Cubana" on the beach in Carvajal.
