Throughout the apartment there is access to Wi-Fi and central air conditioning.

Fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves! The main bedroom is equipped with a new king size bed (150 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.  We provide bed linen and bath towels, and beach towels are available for a small fee, so all you need to bring is your personal items.

Both bedrooms share a recently renovated bathroom.  The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, sink and bidet.

The living-dining room is very cozy and very well decorated.  The modern open plan kitchen gives the room a very spacious feel.

The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure you have everything you need during your stay.  There is a coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, ceramic hob and dishwasher.  It also has all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.

The living room and dining room are equipped with a large dining table with 6 chairs and two large sofas for game or movie nights.  In addition, the house is equipped with a smart TV with internet access and international TV channels.

The apartment is located in the beautiful area of ​​Bahía de Marbella, Marbella, less than 5 minutes drive from the center of Marbella and the old town of Marbella.  As it is directly on the beach, in less than a minute you can be on the promenade and just a few minutes from the beach you can enjoy restaurants such as El Mangaleta.  Puerto Banús is 12 minutes away by car and Malaga airport approx.  35 minutes by car from the holiday apartment.
