You enter the property through the large and bright entrance gallery offering the view into the lounge at its end.  To the right the wing of the 2 guest bedrooms has a hallway with a bay window to the front of the house.  Its window panes have been coated with a special privacy and heat protection film in such way that you cannot look into the property.  Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and big window doors with great views to the sea and down into the private garden.  One bedroom has shutters on the windows and the other a custom-made heat protection blind inside.  The guest bathroom is bright and well ventilated via two windows.  The washing machine and a tumble dryer have been installed here.  

On the lower level a huge open dining and living area with open plan modern kitchen welcomes you.  It is very bright due to plenty window doors and the upper window feature in the double height ceiling that adds to the desirable open space living style.  In 2021 the glass of the windows to the front has been exchanged to privacy window panes with heat protection.  Nobody can look inside and you cannot notice this difference on the windows from inside, where they look like mirrors at day.  The living room has an open fireplace and direct access through further window doors on the side into the private garden.

The modern, open plan kitchen has been newly installed in 2020 with high-quality elements, granite tops and countertop, a special corner cupboard with the Swiss system "Magic Corner" to use its space very well and easily reach out to all items inside.  The electric appliances are of Siemens, AEG and Liebherr (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave) and a bar counter has been included towards the open plan living and dining area.



The 50 m² private garden is laid out like a little romantic and tropical oasis, surrounded by many beautiful tropical plants, a palm tree and climbing plants, such as a gorgeous bougainvillea and further other plants that blossom in typical Andalusian colours, irrigated by an individually adjustable irrigation system.  The garden area is paved with natural stones.  It is the perfect place to relax with privacy, for nice BBQs or to meet your friends.  The sound of water via the lion head fountain with circulating water can accompany you.  A wide electric awning operated via remote control will protect you in case of too much sun.  

Before entering the master bedroom suite, you find the separate guest toilet on this level, with window to the exterior.   The hall way of the master bedroom suite hosts big built-in wardrobes.  The sun will wake you up in the master bed through the window doors that give you direct access and view to the private garden.  In 2020 the master bathroom en-suite with underfloor heating has been newly designed with a walk-in shower and fitted with very nice and modern materials.  

The external units for hot and cold air-conditioning have been newly installed in 2021 with two separate machines for each floor.  These machines have been well hidden in a private patio in front of the house, thus not disturbing anybody at all.



The property is sold with a parking space inside the underground parking in the communal area.  A private, fire protected storage room has been built at the end of that parking space and is therefore as well included in the price.
