Just in front of the terraces and at a lower level is the communal swimming pool.  The terrace has about 40 m² with awnings for the sunniest days, without losing the fantastic sea views.

The property has a total of 122 m² plus the terrace, it is located in a dead end street and the beach, in a straight line, is 415 m away.  It is a very quiet, private and sunny location.  Close to bars, restaurants, shops and transport.  A few meters away we can find touristic places like Parque La Batería or Playa de la Carihuela.  No problem to park, as it has private parking inside the property.  There is also a project to access more easily and quickly to the beach from the same street.
