The 346 m² villa is distributed on one floor and has an elegant and cozy living room with a fireplace decorated with 2 sofas and a smart TV. From the living room you can access the terrace.
The dining room is located in a separate room and has direct access to the terrace; It has been furnished with a wooden table with space for six people and a magnificent chandelier to give that touch of elegance to evenings.
The kitchen is American style with a spacious island in the center with a gas hob and extractor, it is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, multifunctional oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
