Who are your products and services for?

Our products and services are designed exclusively for businesses in the property sector (Commercial and Residential) – from independent Real Estate Agents, Rental Agents, Holiday Lettings Agents and any other property professionals.

What services do you offer?

We specialise in Real Estate website design, development, deployment and maintenance as well as brand collateral for marketing. Our products support inbound and outbound MLS XML feeds or those who consume feeds from other independent agents, as well as API technology.

Do you build multilingual websites?

Yes, to date we have built real estate websites in 11 different languages including Russian & Chinese.

Is QRES built around Wordpress?

WordPress is an outstanding platform as a starter real estate system, but experience has taught us that the more discerning clients soon realise the limitations of it as a real estate application. Clients with Wordpress websites come to us because their sites do not offer the flexibility they need to run their businesses.

QRES websites are built on a custom and professionally designed database schema which allows us to be very flexible when it comes to providing clients with bespoke functionality.

What is Software as a Service (Saas)?

Instead of licensing the software, finding hosting, importing your data, etc, you can rent a one stop service, which gives you the freedom to get on with your core business of selling real estate whilst we manage your website. For agents with a small budget, Saas gives you the flexibility of building your brand without a big initial outlay.

Do you build Real Estate apps?

Not everybody wants to download multiple apps for all the different Estate Agents. All our sites work across all devices including tablets and smartphones so you don't need a dedicated app. That said, we do have an App for Resales Online API, which sits on your own domain works in conjunction with the QRES website, or independently if you don't need a website.

How many real estate websites have you built?

We have collaborated with other software houses in Spain and more than 100 Real Estate agents are currently running on the software authored by us. Our software is also used in New Zealand.

Which inbound MLS feeds have you integrated into your sites?

Resales Online, InfoCasa, Inmoba Networks, Milenio Plus, & Kyero are our standard inbound feeds, but we have written one off specials to interface to other MLS providers or import data from remote systems around the world.

Who have you exported MLS feeds to?

Kyero, RightMove, Trovit, Zoopla and a few of the more exotic and unique MLS providers.

Do I have to have an inbound MLS XML feed?

No, you can upload your own listings via the admin so an inbound feed is not required. We can then export those listings to portals such as Kyero. We also have an API version for agents who need the most up to date listings on their websites.

Do you outsource any of your work?

We are very specialised in what we do making us more judicious in our product choices and we work hard to ensure our products are right. All design, development and maintenance work on our Real Estates websites is done inhouse and not outsourced. However, we do collaborate with other specialists in their fields when it comes to marketing your website.

Do you operate in Spain legally?

Yes, all members of Quantum23 are registered with the Junta de Andalucia and Agencia Tributaria.
