The house is built on a plot of 1200 m². The land is descending from the entrance to the pool area, with sea views from the highest floors. The house has 3 floors: entrance, bedrooms and porch. The project was designed by a well-known architect from Malaga, who organized the different floors according to the scheme of Andalusian domestic architecture, with a large and fresh interior courtyard, with lighting through a skylight in the roof, a fountain from which to listen to the constant sound of water. All executed with local materials, such as handmade tiles, white Macael marble and traditional Andalusian ironwork.
On the access floor we find a wide entrance with a skylight, a hole opens to the first floor and on one side, a staircase with a high window and grille, which give the space an elegant Andalusian style. Light and spaciousness in an hall that lead us to the main rooms of the house, the large living room with dining room and kitchen.
