The apartment is located in the Rincon del Mar urbanisation with a very large (25m) swimming pool and smaller one for the children too.  All situated in well maintained gardens.  It is a corner apartment located on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the sea and mountains from every window.  It has the best orientation of the whole complex.  Watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean Sea from your bed when waking up in the morning and watch the sunset over the Street of Gibraltar and the Moroccan mountains from your balcony while enjoying a glass of wine and some olives in the evening.

The apartment has two good size bedrooms and one bathroom, a modern kitchen and spacious living room.  From the living room you have easy access to the main balcony equipped with glass curtains.  Windows are double glazed and have motorized blinds.  Next to the kitchen you will find an extra room/balcony for storage and washing machines.
